Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure correct presentation.
• Check station setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shift.
• Adhere to liquor regulations for serving alcohol.
• Know menu items, preparation, and service procedures.
• Totals checks, present and process payments.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
