Responsabilités

• Build first-name basis relationships with store management.
• Review partner store account performance monthly.
• Communicate promotions, sales, and business updates to stores.
• Educate store employees at partner locations.
• Identify key lead-generation employees in stores.
• Plan and participate in store appreciation events and lead events at high-value stores.
• Represent Re-Bath at regional meetings, trade shows, and home shows.
• Restock brochures and promotional materials; ensure displays are in good condition.
• Report partner store needs to production.

Field Marketing Specialist is the face of our company with our national partners. Through education, training, and collaboration, the Re-Bath Field Marketing Specialist increases engagement from store associates, which leads to increased lead generation and sales. In addition to building a strong relationship with our partner stores, the Field Marketing Specialist makes a lasting positive impression with everyone they meet.

Qualifications:

• No college degree required — we care more about communication skills and work ethic than a diploma
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly collaborative and relationship-driven
• Trade show, lead generation, or event planning experience a plus
• Comfortable learning a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Google Suite Services
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record

Job Duties:

• Build first-name-basis relationships with store management
• Review partner store account performance on a monthly basis
• Communicate upcoming promotions, sales, and business updates to stores
• Teach and educate store employees at partner locations
• Identify key lead-generation employees in stores
• Plan and participate in store appreciation events; hold lead events at high-value stores
• Represent Re-Bath at regional or district-level meetings, trade shows, home shows, and similar events
• Restock brochures and promotional materials; ensure displays are in satisfactory condition
• Report to production on any partner store needs
