Industry Principal SAP FICO Consultant - US

Infosys is seeking an Industry Principal SAP FICO S/4 HANA Consultant.

As an Industry Principal in large global SAP transformation programs, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. You will create detailed design and architecture, process artifacts, implement solutions, and develop deployment plans. Additionally, you will support knowledge transfer to ensure value-adding consulting solutions that help our clients meet evolving global needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
• U.S. Citizens or those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply; we cannot sponsor visas at this time.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 13 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, especially in large S/4 HANA transformation projects.
• Experience leading end-to-end global SAP implementation programs, responsible for designing and executing solutions.
• Proven ability to lead strategic client meetings and collaborate with PMO and other functional leads.
• Project management experience using Agile and Activate methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Experience coordinating with onsite and offshore functional teams, acting as an integrator across various tracks.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA; certification preferred.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes, preferably in Retail or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and relationship management skills, with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage CXO-level stakeholders.
• Experience working with diverse teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Good analytical, planning, and coordination skills.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication may be via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required based on project needs.
