Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Decision Science Manager in the United States to lead data science, AI, and analytics programs for diverse client engagements. You will supervise onshore and offshore teams, bridge business and technical domains, and engage stakeholders to drive value through advanced analytics and responsible AI governance.

The role requires 5+ years in data science/ML, strong leadership, and a proven track record delivering AI projects. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience building decision-based frameworks and models to drive insights.
• 5+ years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 5+ years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI or data science projects and teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI Native and cloud platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and autonomous systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in sales and business development.
• Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go to market activities.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Here’s What You Need:
