Job summary

• Excellent written and oral communication and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with data providers and financial modeling of various financing options.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, origination, structuring and execution of M&A processes and financial advisory.
• Conduct extensive quantitative research and build industry/company models.
• Prepare pitch books and client marketing materials with cross-functional teams.
• Model corporate finance alternatives, capital structure, and syndicated loans.
• Support client relationships and coordination across product groups.
