Corning is seeking an Industrial Water & Wastewater Treatment Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain our water treatment systems supporting production. You will ensure compliance with permits and company standards while maintaining logs and reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in an industrial setting, ability to read P&IDs, familiarity with pumps and SCADA/DCS systems, and a hands-on approach to maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience with pumps, motors, blowers, compressors.
• Ability to read P&IDs, procedures, and manuals.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor water and wastewater equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality and uptime requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and 3rd-party stakeholders to improve efficiency.
• Collect samples and perform routine lab analysis.
• Inspect equipment and facilities for maintenance needs.
• Maintain logs, reports, and records of plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies as needed.
• Suggest improvements to maintenance processes.
