Woodard & Curran is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Technician in New Jersey to join our team. The role involves working with experienced operators to maintain and operate industrial wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring compliance and reliable plant performance.
Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 2–4 years' relevant experience, and be prepared for a 40-hour week, with potential weekend and emergency coverage.

Woodard & Curran is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will work directly with experienced operators on a daily basis as part of the team. The ideal candidate should be focused and ambitious as career advancement opportunities are awarded based on performance. You will regularly participate in the daily operations and maintenance of our Industrial Wastewater Treatment facilities as directed by the Project Manager. This position requires the candidate to work a regular 40‑hour week based on five (5) eight hour shifts from Sunday through Thursday, 6:30am to 3:00pm. The ability to provide weekend and off hour coverage, and emergency response is required.
$26 - $30 an hour
Depending on qualifications and experience.
