We are looking for an experienced Industrial Wastewater Engineer to support our Greater Washington Environmental Planning and Compliance (EP&C) team. You’ll support the planning, permitting, design, and improvement of wastewater systems, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance and discharge permitting. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of NPDES and state-specific discharge permits, including Water Pollution Control Facilities (WPCF) permits, and can help clients navigate complex federal, state, and local requirements. This is also an opportunity to serve as a technical resource and mentor, helping early‑career engineers and technical staff strengthen their knowledge of wastewater permitting. The position will be based in one of our Washington offices, with flexibility for a hybrid/remote schedule based on team integration, project needs, and experience level.

Salary Range: $100,000 USD - $120,000 USD
Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance‑based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
