The Industrial Technician is a critical member of the electrical maintenance team, responsible for the safe, reliable, and code‑compliant operation of all electrical infrastructure. This role leads the commissioning of new equipment, performs preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on a wide voltage range (24VDC–12.5KVAC), and drives continuous improvement through robust documentation and data‑driven decisions. With recent NFPA70B updates elevating many best‑practice recommendations to mandatory standards, the technician's expertise directly safeguards production output, equipment availability, and plant profitability.
