Qualifications

• Experience gathering inputs via SME interviews and delivering polished collateral.

Responsibilities

• Create industry-focused collateral: briefs, one-pagers, notes, product overviews, and FAQs.
• Develop customer success stories with measurable outcomes and approved quotes.
• Translate technical content for non-technical audiences, ensuring accuracy and readability.
• Design and produce collateral in InDesign, ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines.
