Job summary

CKM INDUSTRIES INC. seeks workers to perform tank and vessel cleaning, including interiors of storage tanks, using shovels, squeegees, and other tools. You will operate PSI washers, wash down hoses, and high-pressure equipment in an industrial setting.

The role requires ability to work 12-hour shifts, willingness to travel to Miller sites, and adherence to safety procedures including respirator use and Pulmonary Fit Tests.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Acceptable MVR/Background Check and pass pre-employment screenings.
• Previous waste handling experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid TWIC Card.
• Must be dependable, willing to work additional hours as required, and be team oriented.
• Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial settings.
• Pass a Pulmonary Fit Test and wear proper respirator with no limitations.

Responsibilities

• Perform tank and vessel cleaning, including interiors of storage tanks to remove products or bottoms using shovels, squeegees, scrapers, or other means as required.
• Utilize various equipment during the tank cleaning process, which may include PSI washers, wash down hoses, suctions and discharge hoses, pumps, and high-pressure washers.
