Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as a Lead or Project Superintendent on ground-up industrial projects.
• Experience in Large Box Industrial, Advanced Manufacturing, or Food & Beverage.
• Willingness to travel and work on full-time project assignments nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction operations for industrial projects ($50M+).
• Enforce safety and quality standards while driving schedule and productivity.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, manpower, and materials.
• Manage daily field activities, short-interval schedules, and critical path.
• Maintain strong communication with project teams and clients.
• Oversee inspections, closeout, and successful project turnover.
