Qualifications

5+ years experience in Consulting in the Industrial sector (Sales, Dealer Management, Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Data/AI) and able to lead complex programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving and business judgment.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop junior team members; proven client management with senior stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment; bias for action with sound judgment.

Responsibilities
