Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Management Consulting Manager in the Industrial sector to guide clients through reinvention. You will lead large, complex programs, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and collaborate with senior leaders across a global Accenture network to drive impactful, tech-enabled transformations.

The role requires at least 5 years in consulting within the Industrial sector and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Consulting in the Industrial sector to include but not limited to: Sales, Dealer Management, Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Data/AI.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, transformational programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong client management skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and sound business judgment.
