stow Group is seeking a Product Stacker for its Georgia facility. The role involves manually or mechanically organizing, counting, and stacking finished metal products (beams) for shipment in a fast-paced, industrial setting.

Responsibilities include counting and stacking, pallet building, defect checks, assisting machine operators, and following safety and quality procedures. You’ll adapt to changing priorities and maintain clean, safe work areas with proper PPE as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frequent lifting of up to 50–70 lbs per OSHA lifting guidelines.
• Experience in a high-pace, mass production environment preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and detecting anomalies.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilités

• Counts, inspects and stacks finished products from the production line.
• Builds secure, neat pallets according to facility specifications and weight limits.
• Checks products for defects or damage and verifies labels match factory orders.
• Assists machine operators with setup, teardown, and minor troubleshooting.
• Follows management instructions to improve work methods and prevent damages.
• Adapts to changes in work priorities.
• Maintains order and cleanliness by sweeping, clearing scrap, and organizing materials.
• Ensures compliance with safety rules and monitors safety practices.
• Wears required PPE for the job conditions including hot grip gloves when necessary.
• Reports all relevant information to supervisors by completing end-of-shift reports.
• Assists colleagues when needed.
