Job summary

EQI is seeking an Industrial Spray Painter to maintain equipment and apply paints using HVLP guns and two-component systems. The role includes forklift operation and ensuring safety standards are met. You will prep, mask, sand surfaces, and apply coatings across castings.

Salary is $21–$25 per hour with benefits; Monday-Friday schedule in the Williamsport/Berea area. Extensive safety training and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications for painting or body work preferred.
• Experience painting a variety of surface types.

Responsibilities

• Paint iron & steel castings.
• Clean surfaces prior to spray painting.
• Maintain equipment to ensure it remains in working order.
• Adhere to OSHA and HazMat procedures.
• Move and stage materials using forklifts.
• Perform touch-ups and finish coats.
