Job summary

You will collaborate with clients while maintaining OSHA standards and deliver timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Education in athletic training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or related field.
• Current license/certification in good standing in each state where services are provided.
• Current CPR certification (CPR/AED) required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1–2 years in industrial/office ergonomics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site services at one site location in Champaign, IL.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with client contacts.
• Initiate and establish professional relationships with client employees.
• Provide education and training for injury and illness prevention.
• Provide onsite care and management of work and non-work-related discomforts.
• Follow OSHA First Aid standards and EDM program steps.
• May provide Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work services, Ergonomic Assessments, or Clinical Solutions.
• Maintain timely reports and documentation in Briotix Health’s web-based system.
