Job summary

FANUC America Corporation in Rochester Hills, MI seeks a Software Developer to build industrial desktop and web-based software in an Agile/Scrum team. You will architect, design, test, document, and support software/hardware products for customers and the CNC sales force.

You will work with C++ and C#, UI frameworks like WPF, ASP.NET MVC or Core, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and SQL Server. Travel ~10% is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with C++ and C# in software development projects.
• Experience using Microsoft UI Frameworks like WPF.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Web development skills including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of MVVM or MVC architectures.
• Relational database programming with SQL Server.
• Familiarity with InstallShield and software release processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop and web software in an Agile team.
• Test software and manage releases to test teams or beta customers.
• Create installation, maintenance and user documentation.
• Support customers and internal users of software products.
• Assist team members in coding strategies and collaboration.
• Travel up to 10% for business needs.
