U.S. Sugar is seeking an Industrial Skills Trainer to develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for our manufacturing facility in Clewiston, FL. You will ensure staff are proficient in safe machinery operation, follow safety protocols, and support production efficiency.
The role requires hands-on and classroom training design, performance coaching, and validation of certifications while aligning programs with regulatory standards and company goals.

The Industrial Skills Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering effective training programs aimed at improving the technical and operational skills of employees within our manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that staff members are proficient in the safe operation of machinery, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a high level of production efficiency.
