Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial sewing machines such as single- and double-needle, walking foot, and overlock.
• Ability to read patterns, align fabric, and select appropriate threads and settings.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of industrial sewing machines and equipment.
• Align fabric and components using guides and markings.
• Perform basic to complex sewing operations to join and decorate garments.
• Meet productivity and quality standards, including First Time Quality.
• Inspect garments for defects and correct issues.
• Thread machines, change needles, and select threads and materials.
• Monitor machine performance and escalate maintenance needs.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain correct operation sequence and ensure work instructions are followed.
• Support peer training and cross-training.
• Participate in TPM, 5S, and ISO quality initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Support mission and customer service commitments.
• Perform duties as assigned.
