Adecco US, Inc. in Muskego, WI seeks an Industrial Sewing Operator to operate single and double needle machines, sewing vinyl and heavy fabrics per work orders. The role requires prior sewing experience and the ability to follow precise instructions.

This temp-to-hire position offers consistent hours on the 1st shift with potential for long-term employment within a growing manufacturing team. Safety-conscious and detail-oriented candidates are preferred.

Formación

• 6–12 months of sewing experience required.
• Experience operating industrial sewing machines preferred.
• Ability to read and follow sewing instructions and production work orders.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools such as utility knives, glue guns, tin snips, and vice grips.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate single and double needle industrial sewing machines to sew vinyl and industrial fabrics.
• Review work orders and verify materials, colors, and quantities before production.
• Measure and inspect parts for correct dimensions and quality.
• Lay out and position materials according to guide marks and instructions.
• Attach logos, pockets, Velcro, grommets, and other fabric elements.
• Change thread, bobbins, and adjust machine tension for quality stitching.
• Assist with handling and sewing heavier materials when needed.
• Perform finishing tasks such as inserting fiberglass stays and installing grommets.
