The position offers a straightforward daytime schedule with a pay rate of $15 per hour. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with automated sewing systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot

Responsibilities

• Operate automated sewing machines to perform stitching tasks on various fabrics, ensuring precise stitching patterns and consistent product quality.
• Set up and calibrate machines before production runs, ensuring they are correctly configured for each specific order.
• Monitor the operation of automated sewing machines to ensure consistent performance and identify any irregularities such as fabric misalignment, thread breakage, or machine malfunctions.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with design specifications. Address any defects or issues by adjusting machine settings or reworking products as needed.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining automated sewing machines to produce high-quality products promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with automated sewing systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Varying standing and sitting for extended periods throughout the day.
