SITE Staffing Inc. is hiring an entry-level Industrial Sewer I in New Berlin, WI to train on the job. You’ll operate industrial sewing machines sewing PVC and synthetic materials into protective covers, following job cards and customer specs.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. No prior sewing experience is required; training is provided and you’ll grow your skills on a growing team on the 2nd shift.

• Add components such as zippers, stiffeners, and tie strips as needed.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the sewing process.
• Measure materials and finished products using tape measures and rulers.
• Identify and report any quality concerns or product defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support team goals by assisting in other production areas when needed.

Industrial Sewer I - Entry Level (Training Provided)Looking to start a career in manufacturing?

We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work history and a desire to learn. Previous industrial sewing experience is not required. Candidates with warehouse, production, assembly, manufacturing, or even at-home sewing experience are encouraged to apply!

As an Industrial Sewer I, you will operate industrial sewing machines to sew PVC and other synthetic materials into custom protective machine covers (bellows). This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in developing new skills with a growing company.

What You'll Do

• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products.
• Read and follow job cards, work instructions, and product specifications.
• Sew PVC and synthetic materials according to customer requirements.
• Add components such as zippers, stiffeners, and tie strips as needed.
