Commercial Steel Erection, Inc. seeks a hands-on supervisor to direct industrial services teams on outages, maintenance, and construction projects. You will enforce safety, plan work with project management, and coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.
The role requires a four-year college program or related experience; a background check and U.S. citizenship are required. Travel readiness and ability to pass a drug screen are also expected.

Summary Directs activities of workers concerned with installation of machinery or equipment, welding, piping, fabrication, demolition, or other construction projects by performing the following duties.

Four-year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Valid Driver's License. Must meet CSE, Inc. MVR criteria.
