The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and brings deep technical expertise across the full spectrum of industrial security disciplines. This person will execute day-to-day security operations in support of DoD and IC programs, serve as a subject matter expert for personnel, physical, and program security, and partner closely with program teams to ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs). • Review and track DD-254s for classified contracts and subcontracts, ensuring flow-down requirements are correctly implemented and maintained.
  • Support the self-inspection program and prepare for DCSA security reviews and assessments.
  • Operate and maintain the facility badging system, physical access controls, alarm systems, and visitor management processes.
  • Support COMSEC accountability and safeguarding activities as needed, in coordination with the designated COMSEC custodian.
Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with DISS and NISS; familiarity with Central Office of Record processes and classification management.
  • Demonstrated experience across the core industrial security functions (PHYSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, and Program Security), including supporting Collateral, SCI, and/or Special Access Program (SAP) security requirements.
  • FSO certification (or ability to complete FSO curriculum within 90 days of hire).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex security requirements for technical and non-technical audiences; proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment where new challenges arise each week.
