It is a 100% onsite position with leadership responsibilities across a dispersed team. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 8+ years in security leadership and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

  • Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance required; ability to obtain SAP.
  • Deep knowledge of DoD/NISPOM/JAFAN/ICDs and related security requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead security activities and operations across multiple locations.
  • Oversee program security milestones across PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, Investigations and Documentation.
  • Develop and continuously improve security programs for classified materials and equipment.

As an Industrial Security – Manager Level 3 located in Linthicum, MD, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. The Industrial Security Manager – Level 3 will serve as the Business Unit Security Manager and oversee all security activities and operations across multiple geographically dispersed locations. This role includes guiding both briefed and non briefed personnel across all security functions and interfacing with internal and external leadership.The successful candidate will coordinate and collaborate with a team of security professionals located across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations and company requirements. They will drive excellence in the execution of security milestones across multiple disciplines (DoD, SAP, and SCI), maintain program security metrics, and effectively manage competing priorities.The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, administering, and continuously improving security programs and procedures for classified and proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $152,300.00 - $228,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
