Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting physical access control and resolving badge/access issues.
  • Experience coordinating visit requests and facility activities.
  • Experience maintaining records, logs, trackers, and documentation.
  • Ability to support security briefings/debriefings and visitor escorts.
  • Strong customer-service, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  • Proficiency with standard desktop software, email, spreadsheets, and electronic recordkeeping.
  • Ability to identify workflow issues and elevate higher-risk concerns.
  • Ability to explain established processes and provide guidance.
  • All candidates must work in-person in Aurora (no virtual).

About the role

Four Sea Group is seeking an Industrial Security Coordinator to manage established security-administration workflows within a secure customer environment.

This role contributes to Four Sea Group’s ability to maintain customer trust, meet contractual security obligations, and support reliable program operations. By coordinating personnel and visitor access, maintaining accurate records, supporting security briefings, and consistently applying established procedures, the Industrial Security Coordinator helps protect sensitive information while ensuring employees, customers, and visitors can operate effectively within controlled environments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable independently managing detailed workflows with established guidance and escalation paths. This role requires discretion, sound judgment, meticulous recordkeeping, and the ability to communicate professionally with employees, customers, visitors, and security personnel.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four or more years of experience in administrative coordination, security administration, access control, customer service, facility support, or a related environment.
  • Active Top Secret clearance needed to start with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Experience independently coordinating established administrative workflows from initiation through completion.
  • Experience supporting physical access control and resolving routine badge or access issues.
  • Experience coordinating visit requests, visitor access, meetings, or related facility activities.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records, logs, trackers, and supporting documentation.
  • Ability to support security briefings, debriefings, account requests, media-control activities, and visitor escorts in accordance with established procedures.
  • Strong customer-service skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees, customers, visitors, and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with tact, discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with standard desktop office software, email, spreadsheets, and electronic recordkeeping tools.
  • Ability to identify workflow issues, resolve routine problems independently, and elevate unusual or higher-risk concerns appropriately.
  • Ability to explain established processes and provide procedural guidance to employees or visitors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Experience supporting industrial security, physical security, personnel security, or security administration.
  • Experience working in a U.S. government, defense, intelligence, or classified facility environment.
  • Experience with badge administration, visit processing, media control, security briefings, debriefings, or access-request workflows.
  • Familiarity with government security databases, access-control systems, visitor-management tools, or comparable security-administration systems.
  • Experience preparing or maintaining documentation used for security reviews, inspections, or audits.
  • Familiarity with classified-information handling requirements and secure-facility procedures.
  • Experience coordinating directly with government, customer, prime-contractor, or facility security personnel.
  • Experience helping improve administrative workflows, templates, trackers, or standard operating procedures.

Salary: The salary range for this role is $72,800.00 – $145,600.00 per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Four Sea Group, Inc. considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, key skills, and market conditions.
