Job summary

Richard Construction Inc. (RCI) seeks an experienced SPI Scaffold Builder to assemble and modify scaffold systems from various heights. You will communicate with customers to understand scaffold needs and ensure safe, compliant installations.

Responsibilities include reading plans, selecting tools, assessing risks, and working safely at elevated heights with fall protection. Strong reliability and adherence to site rules are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints, plans, drawings proficiently to perform duties.
• Must be willing to follow safety rules and site regulations.
• Must have reliable transportation and able to work full schedules with overtime as needed.
• Must have required tools and be able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine scope, locations, quantities, and sizes of materials.
• Identify tools required for tasks and safety precautions.
• Assess safety risks and implement precautions to eliminate risks.
• Measure, mark, and cut materials to specifications.
