Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial robotics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&ID diagrams.
• Experience programming, teaching, and calibrating robotic systems (FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Strong PLC logic and HMI understanding for robotic cell integration.
• Experience with sensor technologies, vision systems, and end-of-arm tooling.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new robotic equipment.
• Program and fine-tune robot paths and parameters for optimal performance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement system improvements and upgrades.
