Job summary
The Pivot Group Network is building and strengthening its West Michigan manufacturing network, seeking skilled Robotics Technicians for Grandville positions. You will perform routine maintenance, calibrations, and troubleshooting of robotic systems while supporting integration with engineering teams.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in industrial robotics (FANUC, KUKA, ABB), plus PLC programming and HMI configuration experience.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
- Experience with PLC programming and HMI configuration.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robots.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and create repair reports.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize robot performance and integration.
- Install, program, and test new robotic equipment on the production line.
- Document maintenance procedures, repairs, and system configurations.
