Job summary

GABLETEK in Troy, MI is seeking experienced Robot Programmers for multiple openings across Michigan and beyond. You will program, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial robots on FANUC, ABB, Kawasaki, Nachi, and Yaskawa platforms, with support for vision system integration at customer sites.

Ideal candidates have hands-on programming experience, strong debugging skills in live production, and willingness to travel for installs and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on robot programming experience on one or more listed platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a live production/integration environment.

Responsibilities

• Program, troubleshoot, and debug industrial robots on the platform(s) above
• Support integration of vision systems and camera-guided robotic applications
• Collaborate with controls and automation teams during build, debug, and runoff
• Travel to customer sites as needed for installs and commissioning (for travel-based openings)
• Troubleshoot and optimize robot programs for cycle time and process reliability
