Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to repair, maintain, and support industrial refrigeration equipment for customers. The role requires working knowledge of commercial and industrial refrigeration and electrical controls.

Hourly pay ranges from $30 to $60 based on experience, with a 40-45 hour workweek Mon-Fri. The company offers extensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in supermarket/rack/industrial refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of controls and electric (high and low voltage).
• Universal EPA certification.
• Motor alignment experience.
• RETA 1&2 certification preferred.
• Position requires pre-employment drug screening and motor vehicle record checks.
• This is a safety sensitive role with ongoing drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance support of industrial refrigeration equipment for customers.
• Perform routine and emergency service on ammonia and Freon equipment.
• Troubleshoot screw and reciprocating compressors and control/alarm systems.
• Adhere to all safety policies and governing requirements.
