Job summary

A leading food company in Solon, Ohio, is seeking a technician to maintain and repair ammonia refrigeration and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably with expertise in ammonia refrigeration and electrical controls. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operation, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• EPA refrigerant recovery certification is preferred.
• HAZMAT training certification (will train) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair ammonia refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls regarding refrigeration issues.
• Perform troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs on utility systems.
