Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an assembler for building tank mounted systems and associated components. The role requires reading engineering schematics, performing hydro and related tests, and ensuring assemblies meet Nash standards and customer requirements.

The position emphasizes hands-on assembly, testing, tear down reporting, and safe operation of cranes and hand tools. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and blueprint reading experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be US Citizen and able to obtain US Government Security clearances within 6 months of hire.
• 1+ years of experience in Blueprint Reading.

Responsibilities

• Assemble units consisting of pumps, motors, exchangers, separators, and piping from engineering schematics and prints.
• Perform hydro, vacuum, and other tests to verify assembly.
• Disassemble and evaluate returned pumps and systems as needed.
• Follow SAP warehouse instructions to pull parts and document information.
• Provide tear down reports with descriptions and photos for repair quotations.
