Interstates is seeking a Project Manager to work with field crews to keep projects on track and deliver excellent work for clients. You’ll help manage project controls, schedule updates, RFI/submittals, and client communications, while supporting the team with analytics and coordination.

We value coaching and development, with potential to become a PM in 2–3 years. The base pay range is $85,000–$105,000, with travel 20–25% to Omaha, Fort Collins, and Topeka.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in Construction Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering technology, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Coaching and development focus with strong leadership potential.

Mansioni

• Assist the Project Manager and jobsite leadership in managerial and leadership functions on the project
• Run project control systems for the benefit of the project team
• CPM schedule creation and updating/communicating
• Last Planner/White Board crew scheduling
• RFI's, submittals, meeting minutes, and other site communication
• Act as a project analyst; assess project controls information and assist jobsite leadership in problem solving and alternate methods to achieve project success
• Provide estimating take-offs and other support for analysis and change orders
• Attend client meetings onsite and collaborate with trade contractors
• Prepare information for, and participate in, monthly project reviews
• Assist in procurement and expediting of materials and subcontracts
• Promote the Interstates safety culture daily
