Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Internship experience performing similar responsibilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work and correspondence between all project team members.
• Manage all documentation related to construction project.
• Assist in bid solicitation and estimate functions.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain submittal/RFI logs for construction projects based on drawings and specs.
• Document and communicate scope changes and related project impacts to team.
• Coordinate the change proposal, review, and submission process.
• Participate in all required construction meetings with personnel, subcontractors, designers, and owners.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience
