The group is responsible to detail, implement and fully support Oseon as part of larger industrial automation projects as well as implementing production processes to track downstream operations. Oseon is TRUMPF’s solution for production management and material flow control.Responsibilities* Install, configure, and integrate TRUMPF’s Oseon system & TruTops Boost programming systems.* Implement new systems. Travel to customer sites as scheduled by the automation Project Manager. Work as a team with Automation Service and Applications teams onsite during the implementation/service phases. Integrate the software for next generation Smart Factory automation systems.* Plan with the customer. Assess process value chain and adapt sold TRUMPF software solutions to customer needs.* Configure customer machinery to establish connectivity and exchange data.* Service existing systems. Perform periodic upgrades and re-configure machinery.* Take cases from the SIS case queue.
