Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. invites a Project Architect to join our Buildings team in Fresno, CA. You will develop elevations, sections, 3D renderings, and architectural details for industrial projects like warehouses and cold storage facilities.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Architecture or licensure path, CA registration, and a minimum of 8 years of experience. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture or licensure criteria; licensure path.
• Registered Architect in CA is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, organization, and directing work through the project life cycle.
• Develops design through sketches, models, diagrams, and massing studies.
• Uses BIM to create 3D models of buildings and components.
• Participates in design critiques and pin-ups.
• Interprets and applies building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Prepares and revises documentation across architectural phases.
