Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years+ in public accounting
• CPA or CA certification
• Experience leading teams and mentoring staff
• Understanding of GAAP, GAAS, FASB or IFRS
• Proven record of profitable client relationships
• Staff supervision on multiple engagements

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high-quality client service and coordinate audits of financial statements
• Assess risk and communicate audit procedures to engagement teams
• Understand and apply RSM's Audit Methodology
• Manage multiple engagement teams and evaluate staff performance
• Supervise Seniors and Supervisors and report on productivity
• Maintain client contact to assess impact of developments
• Develop staff through training and career development
• Contribute to firm initiatives and industry publications
• Identify opportunities to leverage Centers of Influence for growth
• Ensure profitability of projects
• Communicate accounting and auditing matters to leadership
• Travel up to 25% as required
