Job summary

ADM in Mankato, MN is seeking a Production Specialist to operate equipment, weigh and pack products, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. The role requires a strong team focus and the ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule with overtime as needed.

Position is on-site with benefits starting on day one, including medical, dental, vision and 401K/ESOP. High school diploma or GED and legal eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with grain and meal handling.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and building.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to complete processes including weighing, bagging, packing, labeling and storing products.
• Interact with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote teamwork.
• Communicate with team/shift employees concerning operation of equipment, safety concerns, and maintenance issues.
• Operate equipment for loadout and unloading of bulk materials including trucks, rail cars, forklift, and related systems.
• Input and record data in company systems regarding safety, sanitation and equipment operation.
• Adhere to ADM safety, environmental compliance and quality goals to ensure zero-injury culture.
