Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Production Coordinator at Eastover, SC to support daily manufacturing operations and drive on-time delivery. You will monitor production metrics, coordinate with planning and supervision, and help ensure quality and safety compliance across the site.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of experience, proficient ERP and Microsoft Office skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to make timely, data-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure quality and goals.
• Maintain information on preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output and other key metrics.
• Work closely with Planning and Production Supervision to meet schedules.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency, production, and downtime.
• Ensure quality products are sent to customers by overseeing quality checks.
• Interact with team members, quality assurance and maintenance to maximize output and efficiency.
• Develop and achieve departmental/company goals and controls; suggest improvements.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
