Sibelco is seeking a production operator to run and adjust installations, ensuring the output meets specifications. You will monitor processes, perform quality checks, and collaborate with maintenance teams to maintain continuous production while recording data in the IT system.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong technical English. This is a permanent, on-site role at our Bakersville, NC operations, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Competenze

• Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experience.
• Technical English – Read and comprehend.

Mansioni

• Operate and adjust installations per procedures and policies.
• Monitor production to ensure delivery of (semi-)finished product to specifications.
• Perform quality checks and identify non-conformities in the production process.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and electricians for routine work.
• Record production data in the IT system and follow safety policies.
