CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced plumbers for a long-term project in Jacksonville, FL, starting March 2026. This role targets skilled tradesmen with commercial or industrial plumbing experience who value quality, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with tools and equipment used in plumbing installation and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial or industrial plumbing systems, including water, gas, and waste piping.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure proper installation.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
