Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or mechanical drawings.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.
• Basic electrical and computer skills.
• Tools provided by the company; own toolset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and improve tire manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs with appropriate tooling.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and fabricate components as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and customer rules in all operations.
