Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in equipment, plant, or industrial maintenance.
• Combination of education, training, and/or experience required.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plant equipment and systems.
• Comply with safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks as needed.

Skills

Ability to use hand tools and job-specific equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

Welding experience (TIG, MIG, Stick)

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Basic math skills

Basic computer skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
