Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment at our San Antonio area facilities. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, inspect and test mechanical systems for safety, collaborate with teammates on improvements, and maintain precise records of maintenance activities.

Starting pay is $25.50 per hour DOE, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and fabrication techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
