Job summary

Keeley Companies seeks experienced Industrial Pipefitters to support construction, maintenance, and installation projects along the Gulf Coast. The Pipefitter will layout, fabricate, install, and align piping systems per drawings, specs, and safety standards.

Minimum qualifications include reading piping isometrics, understanding pipe layout and measurements, and the ability to use standard pipefitting tools. Outdoor work in coastal conditions and OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial pipefitting preferred.
• Ability to read piping isometrics and construction drawings.
• Must provide required basic personal hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret piping isometrics, P&IDs, plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Lay out, measure, cut, fit, and assemble piping systems.
• Install pipe, fittings, flanges, valves, supports, hangers, and related components.
• Calculate and fabricate piping offsets using field measurements.
• Fit piping joints for welding, check alignment and joint configuration.
• Coordinate piping installation with welders and other crafts.
• Verify elevations, orientation, dimensions, and alignment before final installation.
• Identify piping components, valves, fittings, flange types, and pipe schedules.
• Follow project drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
