Job summary

All Hours Mechanical LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Pipe Fitter/Welder to fabricate, install, repair, and maintain industrial and commercial piping systems in South-Central Kentucky. The role requires strong pipe fitting skills, blueprint-reading, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
• 3–5 years of industrial/commercial pipe fitting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with pipe fitting tools, threading machines, welding equipment, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and isometric drawings.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred; welding certifications preferred; NCCER Pipe Fitter certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install, repair, and maintain industrial piping systems.
• Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and specialty piping.
• Measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, and weld pipe to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and P&IDs.
• Perform pressure testing, inspections, and system troubleshooting.
• Diagnose leaks, flow issues, and piping system failures.
• Install pipe supports and hangers according to code and specifications.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites.
• Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades.

• Trade school, apprenticeship, or formal pipe fitting training preferred
• Strong knowledge of industrial piping systems and materials
• Proficiency with pipe fitting tools, threading machines, welding equipment, and measuring instruments
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and isometric drawings
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
• Welding certifications preferred
• NCCER Pipe Fitter Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments
• Ability to lift pipe, tools, and equipment and perform physical work for extended periods
• BuildOps software and HVAC experience a plus

Compensation

Competitive pay based on experience, certifications, and skill level, starting at $30 hourly.

Additional Compensation

• Overtime and occasional weekend work as needed
