Job summary

The Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC), a Rollins division, seeks a Pest Management Technician to service commercial accounts in Glen Allen, VA. You will perform inspections, develop treatment plans, and maintain professional relationships with business clients.

This role offers competitive pay of $22.00–$25.00/hour with commission potential, a company vehicle option with gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Some travel required – throughout North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests professionally and promptly.
• Serve as a problem solver using training and company resources to decide on the best solution for customers.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Develop knowledge of pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Commit to a strong work ethic and availability to meet complex customer requirements.
