Job summary

227 DSX is seeking a Panel Technician in Conroe, Texas to fabricate and assemble industrial control panels and enclosures. You will read electrical schematics, perform wiring, and install PLCs and HMIs while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Based in a manufacturing setting, you will support multiple automation projects, ensuring accurate assembly, proper wire management, and adherence to industry codes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate control panels and enclosures.
• Read and execute from electrical schematics and layouts.
• Perform wiring, cable routing, and component installation.
• Install PLCs, HMIs, relays, and circuit breakers.
• Prepare panels for testing, inspections, and shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per safety policies.
• Assist with material handling and inventory as needed.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies to the team.
